Following a desire to contribute to the intersection of human potential and digital technology, I dove head-first into user experience (UX) while pursuing a master's in Information Science.
Eventually, my "word nerdiness" put me on the cusp of the emerging sub-practice of Content Strategy.
This is where I found my raison d'être.
My passion for improving UX has taken me on challenging adventures in user research, digital marketing, CX design, chatbot technology, content ops, and enterprise governance. By leveraging data and applying user insights, I've brought spikes in revenue, decreases in abandonment, improved usability, and boosts in brand recognition.
Exposure to diverse industries – telecom, automotive, packaged goods, government, and fintech – allowed me to grow and hone my craft. From these rewarding experiences, I’ve cultivated a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.
